Privacy is the reason this service exists: your card statement shows a neutral billing name instead of the name of the service you joined. That same principle governs how this site handles your information.

What we collect

When you submit a lookup or support request we collect what you type: your email address, the charge details you provide (date, amount, last four card digits), and your message. We do not collect full card numbers and ask you never to send them. Standard server logs (IP address, timestamps) are kept for security.

How we use it

Solely to locate your transaction, respond to your request, prevent fraud, and meet our legal and payment-network obligations. Support requests are shared internally with the service that billed you only as needed to resolve your request. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for marketing.

Discretion in replies

Replies come from admin@aibillclub.com with neutral subject lines. We identify the service you were billed by only in direct correspondence with the account holder's email address.

Retention and rights

Support correspondence is retained as required for billing-dispute and payment-network compliance, then deleted. You may request a copy or deletion of your correspondence at admin@aibillclub.com, subject to records we are legally required to keep.
