AiBillClub ("we") is the billing and customer-support service of Medical Web LLC. This site exists to help cardholders identify, manage, cancel, and resolve charges that appear on card statements as AIBILLCLUB.COM, billed on behalf of the online services we process payments for.

Your purchase terms

Each purchase is governed by the terms of service and refund policy of the service you joined, which were presented to you at signup. This site does not replace those terms; it gives you a direct way to exercise them — identification of charges, cancellation, refund requests, and dispute resolution.

Using this site

Submit requests only about charges and accounts that are yours or that you are authorized to manage. Never send full card numbers, passwords, or identity documents through this site or by email; we do not need them and will never ask for them.

Our commitments

We answer email within 24 hours, staff live phone support during posted hours, cancel subscriptions on request, investigate every unauthorized-charge report, and refund verified unauthorized transactions. Refunds beyond that follow the refund policy of the service billed.
